- Up to 4 × 30-minute online meetings (for discovery, brainstorming, and mockup presentation)

2. Research & Review

3. Discovery & Strategy Session (Zoom)

4. Homepage Mock-Up & Site Structure
A homepage mock-up (paper prototype) and sitemap will be created to visually map out your website. This includes:

5. Refinement & Feedback (Zoom)

6. Project Estimate & Scope Documentation
You’ll receive a detailed Project Estimate document outlining:
- Project overview and objectives
- Full scope of work
- Design and development phases

7. Final Presentation & Approval (Zoom)
